This privacy policy applies to all services of Onlimited, located at Provinciale Steenweg 39, 2627 Schelle, Belgium (company number BE 0699.602.404), hereinafter referred to as “Onlimited”, “we” or “us”.

  1. Who are we?

Onlimited helps B2B companies generate high-quality leads through smart, personalized and automated campaigns. We do this via email, LinkedIn and other communication channels. During our service provision, we process personal data, and we do this with respect for your privacy.

  1. What information do we collect?

Depending on your interactions with us, we may collect the following information:

a) Data that you provide yourself

  • Name and surname
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Company details (name, position, sector)
  • Information you share in a contact form, email or intake interview

b) Data collected automatically

  • IP address
  • Browser and device data
  • Pages visited and click behaviour on our website
  • Open and click behavior in emails

c) Data via third parties

  • Public data on LinkedIn or company websites (e.g. job title, industry or company name) that we use in the context of our personalized outreach services.

We only use your data for the following purposes:

  • To contact you after an application or intake
  • To set up campaigns and send personalized messages
  • To improve our services through analysis and optimization
  • To send newsletters (if you gave permission)

We only process your data if there is a valid legal basis for doing so:

  • Execution of an agreement (e.g. as a customer)

Your data will never be sold. We only share data with trusted partners and processors who help us perform our services. Think of tools for:

We have concluded processing agreements with these partners in accordance with the GDPR.

  • We store customer data for up to 7 years after the last contact (legal retention period for invoicing and accounting).
  • We store prospect data for a maximum of 12 months after the last contact, unless you become a customer.
  • Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

  • Have your data corrected
